All prices on this website are DKK and include VAT. Policy: When we receive your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to ship the item in the event that our stock level on the item was incorrect when the order was placed.

Shipping & Delivery:
All orders in Denmark are shipped with Postnord and are fully insured. Delivery time in Denmark usually takes 1-2 working days.
Only Danish VAT is included in the price. Please note that legislation in some countries requires national VAT (Value Added Taxes) or fees on the goods. Under no circumstances will New World CPH be responsible for any of these costs that may arise - therefore be aware of the laws and regulations of the country in question.
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please fill out the attached return form as precisely as possible.
Free return within 28 days in Denmark. If this is exceeded, we reserve the right to send the package back to the customer. Alternatively, we can offer a voucher for similar amounts. Please use the enclosed return slip and drop off the package at your nearest Postnord Service Point.
Returned items must be in original condition, which includes hangtags, price tags, shoe boxes and the like.
If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to reject the return. If the item you want to exchange for is sold out, the money will be refunded automatically.
If you have any complaints regarding defective, damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.
When you shop at our webshop, you have a 24-month guarantee. This means that you either get repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced the price of the item you have brought, depending on the situation.
The complaint / appeal must be reported within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given to New World Copenhagen ApS within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint is always timely.
When returning a defective product, please describe as best you can what the problem with the product is.
Please fill out our return form and send it with the package. This is a requirement.
